Promotional game with a vague cycling theme. May be made in Belgium since the only location reference is "Illustrated by Cenci - Belgium". However I'll list it under "multinational" until I have a better idea. The rules are in six languages: French, Spanish, English, German, Dutch and Italian (in this order).
