Reverse: You needed 15 labels for Santagostino underwear to enter a lotto.
Of course, the race ends at the Santagostino factory (pic on the right)
PS: I am not really sure if Santagostino organized a children's bicycle race or just a lotto with some bicycles as a price. In case anyone is interested, the company was founded in 1876 and still exists (www.santagostino.com)
