This so-called Tour de France game was actually produced as a boxed game (there at least two different editions) by Girac. Nevertheless I found it inside a quite luxurious game wallet by AJA.
I am not really sure if it belonged to the wallet originally.
The game is a simple stage race (a simple dice game, in fact) in which each player has a team of 4 riders. Every lap represents a different stage.
