QUE LE MEILLEUR GAAAAAAAGNE!
Flunch / Komugi Grand Est, France, 2024

This is a small promotional game for a French chain of fast-food restaurants. It is part of a series of four sports games that, as far as I know, were given away to younger customers at some moment in 2024. Each game comes in a 21x15 cm envelope, and of course it is made of light cardboard and not meant to last. The envelope mentions three games inside, but only one of them can be considered a board game.

By the way, the name of the game is not clear; feel free to disagree with my choice.

The board is composed of two separate panels. It measures 28x21 cm.

Apart from the board, we find four ready-to-assemble cyclists, a special die, and 36 mysterious couloured counters.

On the back of the two board panels we find the two other games.

Of course, with these simple games, one expects simple rules, but these, on top of being exceedingly simple, are rather weird. On the one hand, they mention the 36 counters in the "contents of the game" part, but there is no further explanation regarding their intended use. On the other hand, the rule for the end of the game is unexplained (which does not prevent it from having two unfinished sentences to un-explain it).

The cut-up six-sided die is marked 112233. This is convenient since the road is only 16 squares long.
Being made of light cardboard, I am sure it will not last long once assembled. That is why I have not tried to.

Since the game is co-sponsored by the Komugi La région Grand-Est female continental cycling team, the riders are women.
Compared to the rest of the game elements, ther are quite nice.

Whatever they say, they do not seem to be promoting healthy food, IMHO.

These are the two other "games". I would rather call them "pastimes".

Collect the 4 games and build your own sports park!

Many thanks, Didier, for finding and sending this game.
