Unusual game from the late Geert Lagrou's collection. One wonders if a plastic board is the best solution play a cycling game. The riders are moved by cards (instead of dice), as in games like L'Échapée (Der Ausreisser) or Tafel Tour, which is always a feature I like. In fact, this game looks like a Tafel Tour adaptation, as far as I can tell.
