REPLAY GAMES

I admit I am not specially fond of sports replay games. It is not that I don't like solo games (for instance, I love Il Campionissimo, and even one of my own games Keirin could qualify as a solo game). It is not that I do not like tables of numbers, either: in fact I love train timetables, tables of logarithms and even tables of ramdom numbers. However sitting alone throwing dice and comparing them to tables of numbers is not my idea of a funny evening. Nevertheless, these games have their fans, and they are quite popular in the US.

Some people ask me why I do not mention games like Roberto Chiavini's (the guy has made at least seven cycling games, covering all kinds of races, with statistics for different seasons). The answer is easy: as in the general section, I do add to the sate games I do not have in my collection (or at least games that I have photographed myself). The problem with replay games is that I do not buy them, so I can just add games that are availabe as free downloads, or games that the designers send to me. That is why this section features just three games so far. On the other hand, replay games are not really interesting to display. The photographs are quite boring, aren't they?
