GUISVAL
Guisval is a Spanish brand (from Ibi, Alicante) that has been making die cast metal models since 1964 and is still in business. They are better known for their 1:64 car models, but they also produced these cyclists in the 1990s . You may argue that they are strikingly similar to those in the Corgi Toys gift set 13 Tour de France from 1968. I guess they are.
Anyway, Guisval riders are 52 mm long and were sold in blisters of two riders, who looked liked they were trying to pedal their way out of the blister.
Finally free! The riders were hastily hand-painted, as you can see.
There were riders in at least six different colours
