How small and independent has to be an edition to fall in this category?
Where do we draw the limit? I think it is safe to consider a game self-published
when it does not feature an editor's name, when the editor of the game only
has published this particular game, or when the editor only publishes games
by one author. Of course, these conditions cannot be strict, and there are
other aspects to be considered, from the game's design or build to its
distribution. Futhermore, some authors try to hide that their game has been self-published
(not me, I have put one of my games at the top of the list to make my point
clear). However, if you buy a game and you receive it directly from the author,
you can be quite sure it is a self-published game.
